Job Description

The Lithia Service Concierge is responsible for maintaining the flow of traffic through the service drive, sourcing quality preowned vehicles for inventory, and assisting guests through the service to sales process.

The Lithia Service Concierge reports to the Sales Managers and partners with the Service and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


The following knowledge, skills and abilities are needed to be successful in this position:

  • Time Management – manage one’s own time without immediate supervision
  • Proficient in basic technology, including but not limited to typing, accessing email, iPad app & Safari browser use.
  • Must possess strong verbal communication skills, and pleasant/professional demeanor in every customer interaction
  • Must be a quick learner, able to multi-task and consistently complete all steps in the process.
  • Must have strong work ethic, be self-motivated and transparent/honest in all activities relating to generating commission.


  • Serve as initial point of contact for customers arriving for service
  • Obtaining mileage and vin for advisors, while using provided software to identify “opportunity” customers
  • Communicating dealership’s intent to purchase vehicles from our service customers, sharing important account updates and gaining permission to evaluate vehicles before handing customers off to their service advisor.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding goals relating to percentage of customers interacted with, accurately logging notes from customer conversations, and generating new sales opportunities from service traffic.
  • Working as a team with service advisors, porters and sales department.
  • Assist in developing continuous improvement plans, by communicating observations to management.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of product information, dealership/department processes, and keep current with certifications and licenses.
